Chris Royce
Chairman
Chris has a passion for increasing the participation in bowls. He has recently taken on the role of Chairman and is looking forward to a successful 2025. With the aid and support of the committee he is keen to build on the success and the reputation the club has established.
Richard Christopher
Greens and Maintenance Chair
Richard is our ‘Mr Fix It’ and every club needs one! He leads our volunteer green keepers ensuring the green is a pleasure to play on. Richard is very practical as well and keeps the facilities in top notch order.
Margaret Broadbelt
Club and Membership Secretary
Margaret is our go to person for the smooth running of the club. Having been one of the founding members her knowledge of the club is second to none. She is a passionate bowler and can always be found on the green.
Dave Carter
Internal Competition Secretary
Dave is a natural planner ensuring the internal competitions runs smoothly using his excellent project management skills. Dave is also Captain of our Saxons Leagues side and is part of the green’s maintenance team
Sue Carter
Treasurer
Sue keeps a tight hold of our finances and ensures that everything is accounted for. With a background in finance and accounting she is the ideal person for the role.
Ray Deaton
Club Captain
Ray is our bowls ambassador ensuring the bowls season runs smoothly. Ray runs the winter Petanque Group ensuring that our members keep their bowling eye in. In the summer Ray captains the Vikings League team.
